Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Clearradiant, we are committed to providing high-quality floral zone planning services. If you are not satisfied with your planning package, we want to make it right.

Digital Products

Our floral zone plans are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of receiving your plan
  • The delivered plan significantly differs from what was agreed upon
  • We were unable to deliver the plan within the promised timeframe
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing your plan

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Provide your order details and reason for the refund request
  • We will review your request within 3 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after plan delivery
  • Plans that have been substantially implemented
  • Dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (weather, soil, plant availability)
  • Change of mind after plan has been created to your specifications

Revisions and Amendments

Before requesting a refund, please note that we offer plan revisions. If your plan does not meet your expectations, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments at no extra cost. Please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Package Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade your planning package, we will credit the full amount of your original purchase toward the upgraded package. Upgrades must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

This voluntary refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our services come with statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If our service has a major failure (for example, it is substantially unfit for purpose or does not meet the description we gave you), you may be entitled to a refund, to have the service supplied again, or to cancel the contract and receive compensation. For minor problems, we will remedy the issue (for example, by revising your plan at no extra cost). We do not tell you to take your problem to someone else—we will provide the remedy ourselves.
